Delete shutdown button from start menu - ஸ்டார்ட் மெனுவிலிருந்து ஷட்டவுன் பட்டனை நீக்கும் முறை

Easier method will be through the group policy editor...

1)   Run ( Windows key+ R)
2)  Type gpedit.msc
3) User Configuration >> Administrative templates >> Task bar and start menu >> Locate
" Prevent access to Shut Down command..":D
